Babies are divided into small groups with a primary caregiver to support the consistency and bond that they need daily. Detailed reports will go home with you each evening. Your child's feedings, diapering, sleeping and developmental activities included in your daily report.
Communication is essential to the success of each infant's care. We encourage & welcome parent questions and their suggestions.
The one-on-one interactions between infants and their teacher stimulate brain development. Our teachers constantly communicate with the babies. We also teach the infants sign language so they can communicate with us as well while they are still developing their language skills. It is our goal every day to focus on meeting the individual development needs of each infant. We love to hold, rock and cuddle our babies, and give them special individual attention they need and desire.
